ROOMS The Bel-Aire Hotel and Conference Center has 7 meeting rooms and 4 suites, we can arrange for meetings and groups of all sizes: sales meetings, banquets, seminars, trade shows - rooms for any occasion.  All meeting rooms have individual sound, heat, air-conditioning and electric controls.   EQUIPMENT PA systems - Speakerphone - Microphones - Podiums - Screens - Easels - Marker  & Tack Boards - Chairs - Tables.  Given ample notice, the Clarion Hotel will order any services or equipment needed on behalf of the meeting group.
